Enquiries and confidentiality

When you request details about a listing, you may be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement before confidential information is released. You agree not to contact a listed business, its staff, landlord or suppliers directly without the seller's consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
